Privacy policy

This is a convenience translation. The Polish version is legally binding.

Draft: controller details and a legal review must be completed before publication.

1. Controller

The controller is [DANE WŁAŚCICIELA], address: [ADRES], Polish tax ID: [NIP], contact: kontakt@szybkie-kalkulatory.pl. The service does not require user accounts.

2. Calculations and browser storage

Values entered in calculators are used only for calculations and are not stored on our server. Favourites, history, lists, projects and settings stay in your browser storage and can be removed in its settings. A link containing data is created only if you create it yourself; its values are part of the page address, so they may reach the server logs when it is opened.

3. Technical server data

The hosting provider keeps standard logs: IP address, request time and address, and browser data. The purpose is security and operation of the service, based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are kept for the period set by the hosting provider.

4. Statistics with consent

If you consent to analytics, we keep aggregated daily counters: use of calculators and features, device type, language, general traffic source, and whether a visit is new or returning. For this, your browser remembers the dates of your last visit and calculator use, without a user identifier. The counters do not include entered values, results or IP addresses. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time in the privacy settings; withdrawal deletes these dates and does not affect earlier processing.

5. Notes and messages

A note sent through the form below a calculator is stored with the calculator name, language and date, without an IP address. Please do not include personal or health data. Notes are used to improve the service and are deleted after review, at the latest after 12 months. Emails are kept as long as needed to reply. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

6. Recipients

Data may be processed by companies operating the service on our behalf, in particular the hosting and email provider SEOHOST Sp. z o.o. We do not sell data. We currently use no services that transfer data outside the European Economic Area.

7. Advertising

The service currently shows no advertising. Before launching advertising, we will update this policy and introduce the consent mechanism required by the advertising provider.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict processing, data portability, to object and to withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office. We do not make automated decisions or profile users. Using the forms is voluntary.
